Day 1 as a "SAHM"

Today I experienced being a SAHM with no helper. The day started well, but by evening I could feel the tiredness and stress creeping in.

Here's what our day went

6.30am: Isabelle wakes (maybe she knows grandpa & grandma are going back today)
7am: We take a walk out to help grandpa & grandma hail a cab
7.30am: Breakfast for Isabelle
7.45am: Breakfast finished (quite a record honestly, cos Isabelle absolutely dislikes drinking milk and makes a fuss most morning)
8am: Bathe Isabelle
8.15-9.15am: I do the dishes, laundry and hang out the clothes. Boil the soup stock for Isabelle's lunch.
9.15am: Decide to go to the supermarket ( a trip that almost did not materialise cos Isabelle kicked up a fuss and refused to be strapped in her car seat. I refused to give in cos its the 2nd consecutive day she is doing this, and she cries half the journey to AMK Hub)
10.30am: We are home, and I start preparing lunch ( i know this sounds early, but Isabelle has lunch at 11am in school, and i need to stick to the timetable closely )
11am: Lunch for Isabelle
12pm: I have a hurried lunch
12.15pm: Milk feed for Isabelle (also sticking to the school's timetable)
12.45pm: Isabelle naps
1.15pm-2.30pm: I start sweeping and mopping he entire house. Turning the laundry so that it dries faster. Login to check my office emails
2.45pm: Isabelle wakes and it's snack time
3.15pm: We do some activities together. Isabelle gets distracted easily, and we keep changing activities, toys and markers are thrown everywhere around the hall. I'm getting a headache
4pm: The aircon man comes for servicing. Isabelle finally gives me a break by sitting quietly in front of the TV. She is wary of strangers and would rather stay put at her own familiar corner.
4.30pm: It starts to pour, which means our plan to go to the park is ruined,
5pm: Start preparing dinner
5.45pm: Have a quick shower
6pm: Cook dinner
6.15pm: Isabelle's dinner ( and I quickly eat too to save time, since Isabelle is sooo slow)
7pm: Bathe Isabelle
7.15-7.45pm: do the dishes and clean up
7.45pm: quick story time with Isabelle
8pm: Milk feed (and she kicks up a fuss again and it took ~ 40 mins to finish 120ml). Milk is spilt everywhere and I had to clean up thereafter
8.45pm: Bedtime

Gosh, it feels like a really really long day. From the above, I'm really starting to wonder how i m going to cope when Isabelle goes back to school and I am working. I can imagine I may have unfinished dishes lying in the sink till Isabelle's goes to bed, something which I dread. Unfortunately there just isn't much time considering she has to be sleeping by 9 in order to wake up by 7am latest for school. Stress stress stress

My other stress factor is the mlk feed. Anyone can share what is the ideal amount of milk a 19 month toddler should drink? Milk feed is getting too nightmarish, and I am seriously force feedding her everyday. Currently she takes 180ml in the morning, 180ml when she was in school (none or 60ml if at home), 120ml at night. She has 1 cup of yoghurt a day if at home (but none if in school). But milk is so so very important, how can I not force feed her that?

Anyway, for day 1 as a SAHM, i rate myself 8/10. I will do better tomorrow...haha!
